◆ Objectives
Developing human resources who can manage ocean development projects with enough engineering skills.

up educational system and programs in the university (both under and post
graduate) and also for the industry (engineers)
◆ Activities
Since July 2013
◆ Ocean development engineering Basic course (Kiso Koza)
The course is to start from May 2018
As of previous year, the course is for industry’s young engineers to study ocean development engineering.
Total 8 days, the first 4days “Floating body & Offshore structures”, the second 4 days “Offshore oil & gas development and production system”.
◆ Technical Seminar
We hold the seminar related to the business or technics about ocean development for engineers working for companies, students at Kashiwa-no-ha once a month. Since 2013, we have been inviting various exparts from the inside and outside of the campus. we held it 52 times and over 1,000 people participated so far.| 【Postponement】Recent Seminar | |
